Monday's Daily Post had a great article about theTe Whakapono Trust and all the work they have done in the local community, raising a substantial amount of money for the health needs of Rotorua.One of their main projects has been raising funds  for new dialysis machines for Mahoro, the satelite Dialysis Unit at Rotorua Hospital. We have just received the news form Gourmand World Cookbooks Awards that having won the 'Best Photography Cookbook for New Zealand', Volcanic Kitchens, come and join us has also been shortlisted in the finals for the category 'Best Charity & Fund Raising in Australia/Pacific'.
